 Metre Pro Technologies, Inc. manufactures a complete line
of multi-lingual readers that are designed to best fit your meter reading
requirements. With larger character visual displays, the same readers that are
used with a handheld computer route systems may also be used as stand alone
reader/testers. With the memory option, almost 1,000 reads can be collected and
processed in a stand alone mode.

Both the 70101a and 70101b are designed to attach
to most all the industry standard handheld computers and are supported by most
all meter reading software systems.
Meter type identification is fully automatic, requiring no switch setting by
either the operator or the route software. The reader stays on the last meter
type read, so most searching is eliminated. When a search is required, all
meter types present are checked. A major benefit to the user is that just the
meter types in your system are present which greatly reduces search time. If
you add new meter types they can be activated in the field without returning
the device to the factory.
